Auckland is the head office for CBRE in New Zealand and liaises closely with the other offices in the country; North Auckland, South Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington (the national capital), and Christchurch in the South Island. The office has more 75 employees, administered by 19 directors with local and national responsibilities.

The company's offices are located at Zurich House, 21 Queen Street, a 5-star green rated office building on the waterfront of the Auckland CBD, some 20km north of Auckland International Airport.
