Professional Experience

John is the Managing Director of CBRE’s North Auckland office.  With over 20 years of property experience in the North Shore market, John brings a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the local property market and culture to the North Auckland office.

John’s expertise has been sales and leasing in the commercial and industrial sectors, with a concentration on investment sales and large design build projects. His involvement in the successful portfolio sale and leaseback campaigns of ANZ National Bank, Westpac Bank, KFC Restaurants and TAB outlets adds further to his invaluable wealth of experience.

Recent appointments include one of the largest office leasing transactions in the North Shore with the pre-lease design build of 3M’s new headquarters in Apollo Drive, Mairangi Bay and a difficult assignment from Marac Finance to recover as much capital as the market would allow from a mortgagee sale of a development site in Hibiscus Coast Highway, Silverdale.
