Continued business growth in the industrial property market led to the opening of our South Auckland office in July 2004. This office is located some 15 km away from the CBD, in the heart of Auckland region's dominant industrial precinct. It is easily accessible from the city centre through the motorway network.

The office has a team of experienced and dedicated personnel who specialise in the industrial property and office services sectors in the extensive suburban market.

Close contact with the Auckland City office ensures the integration of relationships and services across all business lines, including Asset Services and Facilities Management, Metropolitan Investment Properties, Industrial Services and Valuation and Advisory Services.

In mid-2007 we added a new Asset Services department to the South Auckland office. This is a fantastic addition to our constantly growing team.
