Professional Experience

Paddy Callesen is the Managing Director of the predominately industrial focused South Auckland office of CBRE.

Prior to his involvement in industrial sales and leasing, Paddy worked for a major property development company also specialising in the South Auckland industrial sector where he has over 25 years experience. Prior to his career in property, Paddy spent four years as a town planner and understands the comprehensive procedures of regulatory authorities.

Paddy has focused on larger passive industrial investment sales and the sale of vacant industrial land and has built up a contact base of industrial clients, charitable and family trusts and high-net worth individuals who rely on his advice for acquisitions and disposals.
