CHRISTCHURCH - NEW ZEALAND

The Christchurch office was opened in 1995 to represent the company both in the city as well as the wider South Island property market. The office provides a full range of services for commercial, retail and industrial real estate, including sales and leasing, asset management and property valuations.

The office has a team of 22 dedicated and experienced staff, who are located in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, a prime office tower in the Christchurch Central Business District. The office is in close proximity to the major corporate client base as well as amenities such as the many cafes, restaurants and hotels on offer in the city.

The Christchurch office works closely with the five other New Zealand offices, based in Auckland CBD, North Auckland, South Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington, in providing a complete property service across New Zealand.
