Theo is the Managing Director of CBRE’s Hamilton office and has responsibility for all business lines and agency work by the Hamilton team, expanding on a growing interest in commercial property in the Waikato region from operators, investors and institutions alike.

Theo has over 18 years experience in regional commercial, industrial and investment properties, auction campaigns and sales and leasing and has completed many transactions throughout the central North Island. Theo has collected many accolades for both service and performance during his career, as well as being recognised by his peers in the Regional Real Estate Industry Awards.

Theo’s expertise, combined with the focused team approach toward achieving a common goal with his clients, means he is able to provide comprehensive and current market information and guidance to facilitate both sales and leasing transactions.
