Professional Experience

Ryan is the Managing Director of CBRE’s Wellington office and part of the Institutional Investment Properties team.

Ryan has over 17 years working in the investment management, investment banking and real estate industries within New Zealand and the UK. These roles have provided key experience with fund managers, large corporate institutions, financial advisors and high net wealth individuals.

Over the years Ryan has been involved in many of New Zealand’s major transactions and has now achieved transactional sales of over $600m. During his career Ryan has acted for many of the industry’s leading clients ranging from high net wealth individuals through to the Listed Property Trusts.
