Dispute Resolution
Senior Valuers are becoming increasingly involved with dispute resolution. This generally takes the form of rental review negotiations along with police structures, and assisting in structuring sale transactions.
All of our directors have had experience in this field and this extends to acting as an expert witness in arbitration, umpire, appearance in the land valuation tribunal of the District Court, or as an expert witness in the High Court.

Our Plant and Machinery Valuation division was first established in Melbourne in 1986. Since then it has grown to become one of the largest plant & equipment valuation practices operating on a National basis throughout both Australia and New Zealand.

On a day to day basis, we complete large volumes of mortgage security valuations for lenders, in addition to undertaking valuations for other purposes.
