The North Auckland office specialises in suburban industrial and commercial property, throughout North and West Auckland.  In addition to completing acquisition and mortgage valuations, the team regularly undertakes rental review assignments and more complex consultancy exercises.

Our coverage extends over the Northland and Whangarei regions of the North Island, where we typically focus on specialist asset types and rental review negotiations, where a broader understanding of property may be required.

The Hotels Valuation and Advisory division operates from North Auckland office and is bolstered by the specialist resources of three senior valuers, being the largest Hotels valuation team operating within New Zealand.
