CBD

This is our largest valuation office based in central Auckland with 17 valuers who each specialise in a particular sector.

This team undertakes instructions predominantly within the CBD. Clients represented include AMP, Brookfield Multiplex and Robt Jones Holdings.

Industrial and Suburban Commercial

Working jointly from the Auckland CBD and South Auckland offices, this team has seven valuers. Instructions can vary from an insurance valuation on a suburban shop to a portfolio valuation for a listed property trust as part of capital raising due diligence.

Clients include Auckland City Council, Goodman International, Auckland International Airport, PFI, ING and VTNZ.

Retail

Comprising five staff, the retail team specialises in the valuation of large retail assets across New Zealand including all classes of shopping centres, bulky goods properties, cinemas and supermarkets.  The retail team routinely values in excess of NZ$3 billion of property each year and leads the market in valuations for acquisition or disposal, development consultancy for new or expanding centres and lease advice for owners dealing with large tenants.  Clients include Westfield, KIPT, AMP and TOWER and we also assist many smaller private investors.

Retirement Housing and Healthcare

A team of three valuers along with Chris Barraclough from the Christchurch office undertake assessments for predominantly corporate clients in the valuation of retirement villages, hospitals, age care facilities and medical centres.
