Our Christchurch team has four valuers catering for a wide range of valuation and consultancy instructions, primarily in the Christchurch region however also across the South Island.

Marius Ogg joined CBRE in 2000 and initially worked in the Auckland office prior to relocating to Christchurch in late 2003.  Marius undertakes instructions for a wide range of clients across the South Island.  He specialises in all facets of commercial property valuation and has considerable involvement in the land development and apartment markets.

Chris Barraclough joined CBRE in 2005. Chris has in excess of 35 years experience and has been operating in the Christchurch market from 1988.  He has extensive experience in the valuation of commercial and industrial property and subdivisional land. Chris is a nationally recognised expert where there is a business bias driving the value of real estate, particularly in the education, aged care and tourism sectors.

The team covers virtually all areas of valuation, with particular specialisation in the commercial, retirement and tourism sectors.  Clients include a number of national and multi-national funds and companies as well as private investors and trading banks.
