The increasing importance and size of Hamilton's property market led to the company's decision to open an office in this location in 2007. The office services the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region and beyond. The office is located conveniently on Te Rapa Road and is easily accessible from both Hamilton and Auckland.

This office comprises two valuers, who cover the wider Waikato and main centres within the Bay of Plenty. Instructions are varied and primarily include valuations for insurance, mortgage security, financial reporting and acquisition and disposal purposes.

Clients include a range of corporate, together with private investors and government organisations.
