The South Auckland Valuations team was set up in recognition of the need to service the large and growing South Auckland area, which is the largest industrial locality in New Zealand. 

We have an experienced team of valuers who work in conjunction with our central city team.  Our focus is primarily in the valuation of industrial and commercial property, with additional experience in the valuation of development land and rural properties.  Many corporate entities have large industrial portfolios and included within our broad client base are Goodman, PFI and Auckland International Airport.
