Our centrally located Wellington office was established in 1990 and currently operates with a team of four valuers that undertake a diverse range of instructions. Complementing our valuation and advisory services business line is research capability provided by a full time research analyst.

While our work is predominantly within the greater Wellington region, our geographical coverage extends north through to Wairarapa, New Plymouth, Palmerston North and the Hawke’s Bay.

Specialist valuation capability for large scale retail, retirement housing and health care, hotel and leisure can be provided from our Auckland office with local knowledge provided by the Wellington team.

Our client base encompasses a wide range of institutional, corporate and private investors as well as local government clients and local iwi. Clients include Infratil, ANZO, KIPT, AMP Capital Investors, PFI, Argosy, Oyster, Kiwirail, Wellington City Council and Te Runanga O Toa Rangatira.
