Office description

The CBRE Auckland office was opened in 1987 and has established itself as one of the leading commercial and industrial real estate agencies in the market. The office offers a full range of services including sales and leasing, asset management, corporate services, property and plant/machinery valuations, research and consulting.

Auckland is the head office for CBRE in New Zealand and liaises closely with the other offices in the country; South Auckland, Wellington (the national capital), and Christchurch in the South Island. The office has more 100 employees, administered by 21 directors with local and national responsibilities. 

The company's offices are located at Zurich House, 21 Queen Street, a 5 Green Star Rated office building on the waterfront of the Auckland CBD, some 20km north of Auckland International Airport.
