Auckland, 14 January 2013 - CBRE has continued to welcome back top talent with the return of Zane McAlpine as National Director of Asset Services. He replaces Stuart Bent who has accepted a position leading one of CBRE’s largest property management accounts in the United Arab Emirates.
Mr McAlpine rejoins the CBRE Asset Services team after two years working in Asset Management at Oyster Group and is the fifth ex-employee to rejoin the Asset Services CBRE NZ team in the last two years.
CBRE Senior Managing Director of New Zealand, Brent McGregor said Mr McAlpine’s appointment strengthens the service offering for CBRE clients in the Asset Services arena.
