Auckland, 24 November 2014 - CBRE welcomes Matthew Barnes as Senior Negotiator to the Industrial and Logistics Services agency team, based in the South Auckland office. Matthew has rejoined CBRE from commercial banking at Westpac where he oversaw a number of key accounts many in the property sector and has excellent relationships with a number of CBRE clients.
Matthew previously worked at CBRE in the Office Services team and will now focus on industrial sales and leasing in the Penrose and Onehunga area, this market is currently experiencing low vacancy across all grades. There are however key development sites available and new spec-build industrial developments under construction, ensuring supply of quality new stock to market early next year.
