Mr Searle joins CBRE with an outstanding pedigree, having been named as his previous agency’s top rural agent for 2012 and 2015 (top 3 for 2013 and 2014). In the past five years his focus has been on timberlands sales, having personally transacted in excess of $200m of assets across New Zealand to become the number one timberlands agent for publicly marketed sales campaigns. Originally from Gisborne, Mr Searle has also transacted across a wide range of sectors including dairy, viticulture, horticulture and large scale sheep and beef farms.
Danny Thomas, CBRE Regional Director of Agribusiness says, “We welcome Warwick to the team, noting he is a top tier agribusiness transactor. Warwick and CBRE have successfully collaborated on a number of projects over the years, creating real value for our clients. His addition to our team and physical relocation to Auckland will significantly expand CBRE’s Agribusiness capability in New Zealand”.
