CBRE has appointed Karl Henry as Director of Property Management, where he will lead the Auckland team.
Karl began his career in CBRE’s Christchurch office and returns to New Zealand after four years in the UK, where he worked for Welbeck Asset Management and CBRE UK. His recent experience includes the management of some of London’s most iconic and high value office assets.
A passionate property professional, Karl has worked with global occupiers and institutional investors, adding value by introducing innovative and creative ways to manage their assets.
