Wellington, 1 October 2015 - CBRE welcomes Rick Stace as Associate Director to the Capital Markets team, based in the Wellington office.
Rick joins CBRE from Colliers International, where he spent almost nine years at its Wellington office. During this time he negotiated a significant number of fringe CBD sales, along with several notable CBD sales.
With over 18 years' business experience, including running his own company in Dunedin, Rick is a strong advocate of building and developing long term mutually beneficial relationships, which will further enhance the Wellington Capital Markets team’s offering.
In his new role, Rick will be primarily focused on metropolitan investment sales in Wellington working closely with the other CBRE agents.
