Auckland, 19 January 2016 – CBRE has appointed Bridget Fowler as Account Director for the ANZ Property account, effective immediately.
Bridget joined CBRE in July 2014 as National Retail Transaction Manager for the ANZ Property account, where she has used her strong asset management experience to focus on national retail transactional activity. She brings a wealth of market knowledge and experience to the role, which complements her in-depth knowledge of strategic retail and corporate portfolio management.
Prior to joining CBRE, Bridget was with Trust Management Limited as a property asset manager for seven years. She has extensive banking sector and service provider experience having previously worked for Westpac, King Sturge, Colliers International and BNZ.
ANZ and CBRE Global Workplace Solutions entered into a five year partnership commencing July 2014 with CBRE providing dedicated service delivery, co-located on-site with ANZ throughout New Zealand.
