CBRE welcomes Fiona Saunders to the New Zealand business as National Director of Asset Services. Ms Saunders has returned to New Zealand after gaining extensive experience abroad.
Ms Saunders was most recently the Asia Pacific Regional Transition Director for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions team, based in Hong Kong, where she was focused on delivering new accounts into a corporate real estate outsourcing framework. She has successfully led the transition for companies such as Yahoo, Microsoft, ANZ and Credit Suisse.
Ms Saunders originally joined CBRE in 2008 as Head of Asset Services in Vietnam where she managed a multi-client portfolio worth an estimated value of USD$220 million.
CBRE’s Senior Managing Director New Zealand, Brent McGregor, said Ms Saunders’ broad property experience will bring fresh leadership and direction to the New Zealand team.
“New Zealand commercial property is on the world stage and, as such, at CBRE we aim to deliver the latest techniques to best manage our clients’ property portfolios. Fiona brings with her extensive corporate real estate knowledge and a truly global perspective to drive the performance of our Asset Services division.
“We are very pleased that Fiona has decided to come home and join the New Zealand team,” Mr McGregor said.
