Christchurch, 27 April 2016 – CBRE welcomes specialist agent Penny McCaul to the Retail Services team in Christchurch.
Penny joins CBRE as Negotiator and will be focusing on retail leasing and sales in Christchurch.

Penny has been based in Wellington for the past decade where she managed the real estate portfolios for Telecom and New Zealand Post and worked in the hospitality sector.
Tim Rookes, Managing Director of CBRE Christchurch, said the expansion of the team allows CBRE to further grow our retail agency offering and provide focused expertise to the market.
“It’s great to have Penny on board to provide a specialised retail sales and leasing offering for CBRE’s clients in Christchurch. Following the strong retail growth in 2015 as well as news of major international retailers looking to enter the Christchurch market, we are looking to Penny to harness the reach of CBRE to secure premium retail operators as Christchurch strengthens its gateway status.”
