Auckland, 30 April 2015 - CBRE announces that Andrew Stringer has been appointed as National Director of the Capital Markets team, commencing on 18 May and based in the Auckland office.
Mr. Stringer had previously worked at CBRE as Senior Director of Valuation & Advisory Services up until 2004. His experience and roles to date include senior leadership positions focusing on investment management, development advisory and asset management at the likes of Kiwi Income Property Trust, Landco Land Developments and most recently as General Manager of Precinct Properties New Zealand Ltd.
With over 20 years of expertise in commercial markets, Mr. Stringer will bring an additional strategic arm to the Capital Markets team nationwide focusing on institutional clients, listed property companies, high net wealth individuals and development opportunities. He will be working with the regional business led by Richard Kirke, as well as leading a team of 11. Mr. Stringer will also have the future responsibility of setting up a new business line for Investment Advisory within New Zealand.
