CBRE has welcomed back Victoria Wallace as Director in the Valuation & Advisory Services team, where she specialises in the retirement housing and healthcare sector.
Victoria returns to CBRE New Zealand after three years in the Healthcare team at Savills in London. Due to the embryonic nature of the retirement village sector in the UK, Victoria promoted and led this side of the business carrying out valuation and consultancy work throughout the UK and Europe as well as being a spokesperson for the sector, educating and encouraging growth by hosting and speaking at a number of industry events.
Based in the Auckland office, Victoria will focus on the valuation of retirement villages and care facilities throughout New Zealand, ranging from standalone property to multi-billion dollar corporate portfolios.
Campbell Stewart, National Director of Valuation & Advisory Services, said Victoria’s overseas experience combined with her existing client relationships and strong work ethic will complement and enhance CBRE’s offering in the retirement housing and healthcare sector.
“Victoria is a high calibre valuer and an outstanding all-round professional. I am very pleased to welcome her back and also have her join the leadership team.”
