Prior to joining CBRE in July 2013, Neale has over ten years experience in property depreciation, during which time he was fortunate to have worked on some of the more notable transactions/developments around Australia.

Since joining CBRE Neale has had the opportunity to utilise feedback from our client base and build upon advances made by our International Capital Allowances teams to develop the market leading software used by the Australian Capital Allowances team. Neale is a registered Tax Practitioner and provides depreciation advice on all income producing asset classes throughout the ownership cycle. Neale’s expertise also covers:
