Mark has 40 years’ experience in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential and special purpose real estate throughout New Zealand. He has a broad network of connections with local and central government, major commercial organisations, publicly listed companies, trusts and high net worth individuals. He is regularly retained as an expert to provide expert opinion for litigation.
Mark is also a specialist advisor in the assessment of effects and value impact, particularly regarding non-conforming activities. He has built up considerable experience as a consultant in this area, which adds significant value for his clients.
Other areas of expertise include lease consultancy, insurance valuations and arbitration relative to all forms of urban real estate.
