Regan is an experienced property valuer, assisting clients with mortgage security, asset, rental and insurance valuations. During his career he has valued a wide range of commercial, industrial, residential and lifestyle properties, gaining broad experience and connections across the industry.
Regan started with TelferYoung (now CBRE) in 2004 and spent five years in Auckland specialising in commercial valuations. In 2010 he returned home to join the local team based in Invercargill, working in valuation & advisory services across Southland and Otago. He has also served on both the Auckland and Southland branches of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
