Rowan specialises in all types of rural property valuation, including perpetual leasehold interests in Māori land, and advisory around rural land succession.
Originally from a coastal dairy farming background, Rowan graduated from Massey University and spent 10 years in the rural banking business dealing with all sectors of the industry. This experience has given him a sound knowledge of what is involved in the rural sector from inside the farm gate to international market places.
