Wendy Pottinger

Wendy is an experienced residential valuer based in Hamilton, with expertise in both rating valuations and residential assignments. Leveraging her connections and market knowledge, she builds enduring relationships with her clients, which include major Crown corporations Kāinga Ora and EQC.

Prior to her role in Hamilton, Wendy spent around 10 years in Christchurch working as a residential valuer, after an initial six month period completing rating valuations on Auckland’s North Shore and a further three years focusing on rating valuations in Christchurch.
