Yoon specialises in residential valuation assignments for sale, mortgage lending and matrimonial purposes; small scale residential developments and subdivisions; and valuations of proposed residential development and alteration works. Her work and client relationships are primarily based in the North Shore area, as well as across parts of Rodney and Waitakere.
Having graduated from Massey University in 2005, Yoon began her valuation career carrying out government valuation work in the Waikato region. In 2007, she joined TelferYoung Waikato (now CBRE) as a residential valuer. After gaining registration in 2009, she moved to Auckland and focused on residential valuation work specialising in the North Shore area.
