BTR In The Regions Part 1: The People

Build-to-Rent is gaining traction in major cities across Australia and New Zealand, however did you know that in overseas markets, regional Build-to-Rent development is just as prevalent as the city? In this report series we examine the potential for Build-to-Rent in the regions of Australia and New Zealand, identifying areas that are more supportive of future development than others. Part one of this report covers the people and population characteristics that drive Build-to-Rent demand and is the first step in establishing the potential demand base of the future.
