Adrian Viljoen

Adrian is a registered valuer with more than 15 years’ experience, specialising the commercial property sector. Based in Gisborne, Adrian assists clients across the region with high-quality valuation and property consultancy services. Throughout his career he has been involved in a range of commercial property valuation projects and has built extensive knowledge of the various factors that form the integral parts of an asset. He has also worked for one of the larger commercial banks within their asset management division. His role was to expand the valuation team, implementing valuation processes & procedures and improving client relations. In addition, he led a large team of valuers and support staff and acted as the National Valuations Manager for a limited time.

Adrian obtained a National Diploma in Real Estate in 2009 from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa and gained professional valuer status in 2012. He then furthered his studies in 2014 by completing the Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation and Management, also from the University of Johannesburg. He joined TelferYoung (now CBRE) in early 2019 after relocating to New Zealand.
