Aimee is an experienced Registered Valuer who specialises in residential valuations with a particular focus on the West and North-West areas of Auckland. Aimee regularly undertakes valuations for mortgage lending purposes along with valuations for buying/selling, matrimonial proceedings, advisory purposes and the like. She specialises in valuations for development proposals, particularly multi-unit townhouse or freestanding developments. Aimee has a focus on providing clear advice and detailed reporting.
Aimee has been a valuer since 2008. She has been an active contributor to the profession over the years serving on several local branch and national committees for the Property Institute of New Zealand and has also served as a Trustee for the Valuers Education and Integrity Foundation. In 2014 she was awarded PINZ Young Property Professional of the year.
