Beth is a Senior Property Manager within CBRE’s Property Management Division. Her direct portfolio consists mainly of assets located in Wellington with her most high-profile management appointment being the iconic Majestic Centre in Wellington. She also assists as strategic support to several other key client accounts. Beth has worked at CBRE since February 2016 starting as an Assistant Property Manager.
Beth is responsible for the day-to-day management of the assets within her portfolio, ensuring strong relationships are maintained with both clients and tenants. This includes effective lease management and accurate financial reporting tailored to her client’s requirements.
Beth also assists the team nationally in a Quality Assurance overlay to promote and maintain best practice across our managed portfolio. This includes the ongoing training and development of the team and work to develop and maintain operational efficiencies across systems and processes.
