A Director in CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services team, Bill has more than 30 years’ experience undertaking valuation assignments, principally in the Wellington region but also throughout New Zealand.
Bill’s experience covers a wide range of assets, including commercial and industrial assets, leasehold and development land plus a wide range of hotel and leisure related property. Significant projects he has undertaken include listed company property portfolios, CBD office towers and land, plus financial reporting for Wellington City Council which includes many specialised building assets and ground leases.
Bill has also been appointed as Sole Arbitrator for rental review arbitrations.
