As Managing Director of CBRE’s Capital Markets, Industrial & Logistics team, Bruce specialises in industrial investments and commercial and industrial land transactions throughout New Zealand and has in excess of 80% market share of the sales above $100 million.

An experienced property consultant with over 35 years in the industry, Bruce has wide-ranging experience in the Auckland, national and international property markets and has built a strong network of relationships with private, public and institutional clients and investors.

Specialising in Industrial sales of over $20 million, Bruce has concluded in excess of $2.4 billion of sales in New Zealand since 2013. This includes a number of sales in the $50 million to $100 million price range, and more notably, Bruce has completed four of the five above $100 million industrial transactions of the last 10 years.

Bruce provides market-leading information to help his clients make well-informed investment decisions, leveraging CBRE specialist teams across Research, Structured Transactions and those who are experts in their local markets to produce the best results for his clients.
