Bryan is a registered valuer with over 33-years of valuation experience of conducting residential, lifestyle, commercial and industrial valuations. In addition, Bryan has 6-years’ experience in the residential construction sector and 7-years as a land acquisition and disposal consultant.
Based in the Nelson region, he specialises in residential and lifestyle valuations across the wider Nelson/Tasman district. Bryan is a client-focused and highly experienced valuer and property consultant. He is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
