Caiti is the National Director of Retail Capital Markets for CBRE New Zealand where she helps our clients understand one of the most dynamic and nuanced asset classes.

Caiti’s experience spans almost two decades, with deep experience across prime-grade retail investment and advisory. She has held senior positions at CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield, including having led the National Retail Valuation & Advisory business for both organisations in Canada. Over her career she has represented many of the world's leading retail property owners and managers, with significant assignments undertaken in North America and the Asia Pacific region.

Caiti’s specialised focus on retail acquisitions and dispositions leverages her knowledge of retail and allows her to take advantage of CBRE’s global team of specialists providing her with unmatched international investor relationships.
