Carl Graham commenced his valuation career in Christchurch in 2003 and has experience in undertaking valuation assignments across all sectors of the real estate market predominantly within greater Christchurch but also throughout the Canterbury region and across the South Island for both local and national clients.
Carl joined CBRE in mid-2019 as Director of Commercial Valuations. He is panel valuer for most of the major banks, has experience in rental arbitrations and has appeared as an expert witness in the High Court.
