Chris Bennett is a Director within CBRE’s Hotels Valuation & Advisory Services team, based in Auckland. He brings over 20 years of experience specialising in hotel and tourism assets across New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Chris began his career in valuation and advisory services in 2003 and has since developed deep expertise across hotel, tourism and leisure assets, supported by time spent in the United Kingdom and within ANZ’s Property Risk team. Prior to joining CBRE, Chris was a Director at Colliers, where he led hotel advisory and valuation engagements for a wide range of domestic and international clients.
He is widely regarded as one of New Zealand’s leading hotel valuers and is known for his strong market insight and pragmatic, client-focused approach.
