Christian specialises in all types of rural and lifestyle property valuations around the Taranaki region with a particular interest in his local South Taranaki region. This includes valuations for market value, rural rental assessments and compensation. Christian joined TelferYoung (now CBRE) in 2021 after graduating from Massey University via extramural study and is a registered valuer. Prior to valuation Christian worked in Dairy farming as well as a number of years in Optics.
With a broad and growing network of connections in the region, Christian focuses on leveraging his local market expertise along with CBRE’s national reach to assist his clients in optimising their property portfolios.
