Courtenay is a Registered Valuer with over 3 years experience in residential property valuations. Based in Pōneke (Wellington) region she has a particular focus on northern Pōneke and the Kāpiti Coast.

Courtenay holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Property and minoring in Business Law. She joined the CBRE team in Pōneke after successfully passing her registration and becoming a Registered Valuer in 2025. She is a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
