Derek is a highly experienced urban valuer with 28 years in Hawkes Bay and 10 years in the Gisborne property market. While he primarily focuses on providing valuations in the commercial & industrial property sector, he also has expertise in several specialist property types including childcare, self-storage and RSE accommodation properties. He also completes residential and lifestyle valuations, residential investment valuations and various compensation assignments.
Derek maintains strong relationships with a variety of private and corporate clients throughout the region, providing expert advisory services to assist in their property portfolio decision making. He gained full registration as a valuer in 1992.
