Ella specialises in commercial and industrial property valuation in both Christchurch City and nearby Selwyn, while also having experience completing a range of assignments in the Christchurch residential sector. She works with a wide range of clients including private investors, owner-occupiers, public sector agencies and all major Australian and New Zealand banks.
Having graduated from Lincoln University in 2021, Ella joined TelferYoung Canterbury (now CBRE) in 2022 where she gained registration in in early 2025.
