Finn has broad experience in the Otago commercial and industrial property sector, undertaking valuations for mortgage lending, market value, financial and asset reporting, rental valuations, insurance and general advisory. He also specialises in leasehold property and provides leasehold market valuations and ground rental reviews.
His experience includes valuing a wide range of assets from under $1m up to $40m, for many of the company’s clients, including some large-scale central city commercial developments. Finn joined TelferYoung (now CBRE) in 2017 and gained full registration in 2020. He engages with the Property Institute as board member of the Otago Branch and is also an active member of his local community.
