Frankie graduated from the University of Auckland in 2016 and has since specialised in development land valuations, with a particular focus on residential greenfield and infill development properties across Auckland and other regional centres throughout New Zealand. He gained registration as a Registered Valuer in 2019 and has broad valuation experience across mortgage security, financial reporting, compensation valuations, and pre-disposal and acquisition advisory work.
Frankie is multilingual and fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, enabling him to communicate effectively with a diverse client base and stakeholders across a range of valuation assignments.
