Gavin is a registered valuer who has been working in the Real Estate sector since graduating in 2019. Originally, he worked in the United Kingdom and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2023. He moved to New Zealand in mid-2024 and has since become a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. With his focus on Napier, Hastings and the surrounding area across retail, office and industrial sectors.
