Graeme Lundie

Graeme Lundie is the National Director of Property Management at CBRE New Zealand. With over 15 years’ experience in the New Zealand property industry, Graeme is responsible for the overall delivery of property and facilities management services to a portfolio of CBD and provincial properties.

Since joining CBRE in 2005, Graeme has worked to ensure that CBRE is the preferred supplier of property and facilities management services in Wellington, with a focus on tenant relationships and building presentation.

Graeme’s role covers all aspects of property management including lease renewals, rent reviews, budgeting and the overview of facilities management service for his portfolio.

Graeme has also been responsible some of the largest leasing transactions and restructures in the Wellington market, as well as being involved in the re-positioning of retail assets and seismic strengthening to a significant number of Wellington properties including fully occupied assets.
