Hayden Doody

An experienced property professional, Hayden Doody provides valuation advice to the commercial, retail and industrial sectors in Canterbury. He has prepared valuations and acted in an advisory and expert witness capacity for a wide range of local and national commercial entities, lending institutions, local and central Government and publicly listed companies.

Hayden was appointed a Crown Valuer for property to be acquired by CERA for the key Anchor Projects in Christchurch’s CBD as part of the Recovery Plan. Other assessments have been completed for secured lending, rent review, insurance, financial reporting, pre-loss indemnity valuations, pre purchase/sale, feasibility, Unit Titles Act 2010, progress, depreciation and compensation.

Hayden is actively involved in property industry bodies, as a committee member of the PINZ Canterbury/Westland Branch and as a member of the NZIV Council.
